Plain Chèvre - It's the choice of purists who enjoy the simple deliciousness of a smooth and slightly tangy taste on the palette. It's great on a salad or simply on its own.

Herbes de Provence - A beautiful cheese with a blend of herbs laced around its perimeter that is sure to please the pickiest eaters.

Fresh Garlic & Peppercorn - A dairy favorite, fresh fragrant, sometimes pungent, garlic with a cracked peppercorn chaser. What more needs to be said?

Spreads or Dips:

Sun-dried Tomato & Jalapeno - A delicious blend of sun-dried tomato with a "back-bite" of jalapeno that's jus spicy enough (shown at right).

Bell of the Ball - Red and green bell pepper combined to make this a popular favorite. Full of flavor without any heat.

Spicy Bell - The same full flavor as 'Bell' but with a definitive 'kick' ... really! It might even hurt a little.

Honey-Kissed! - Our fresh chèvre with just a touch of fresh local honey. Great on bagels, toast, and blueberry muffins (shown at left, topped with walnuts).

Dried Cranberry - The sweet and very popular cranberry is perfect on a toasted bagel or English muffin. Simply divine.

Feta:

Plain Feta - In a class by itself, one of the world's oldest and most widely eaten cheeses. We "dry brine" the cheese and allow its flavor to shine. Limited availability (shown at right).

Cajeta:

Decadent caramel sauce (some know it as dulce de leche) made from our pasteurized goats milk, vanilla bean, and sugar (I said decadent!)...it's incredible with apples, ice cream, grilled fruit, or right off the spoon.
